Writer's Challenge
Write a scene using a single character set where a person has died ... either that day or before, perhaps years before.  Use a single word, such as "sinsiter" or "peaceful" and weave that "tone" into the scene.

Writer's Challenge
Write a very short story about a boy who is going to commit suicide with a gun in a theater, the janitor who talks him down, and a man sitting in the seats who is bithefully detached but who gives each a $10,000 check at the end. Try to avoid writing in any of these characters as protagonist, ie, keep each "equal."
